Where is the Michelada Festival taking place?Omaha Michelada Festival will be on Saturday, August 16th at the Riverfront Plaza, located behind the Kiewet Luminarium. The address is in 345 Riverfront Dr. Omaha, NE.

What are the festival hours?Doors open at 2pm & last act will end at 10pm.

Is there an age limit?Based on popular demand, the festival is open to all ages. However, we strongly encourage minors to attend with an accompanying adult. Children 10 & under are free.

Is the festival wheelchair accessible?Yes, our festival is wheelchair accessible.

Are dogs welcomed at the Michelada Festival?Pets are not allowed but service animals are more than welcome! Please remember to clean up after them.

Where can I park?Parking is available at the Kiewit Luminarium free of charge. More info regarding parking to come!

Will the event go on rain or shine?Yes, the event will go on. We will accommodate to the weather conditions.

What are the ticket types available?We have General Admission Tickets available to purchase online. Tickets at the door will be $30, compared to $25 online. VIP Tickets available, but limited in quantity.

Can I leave and re-enter?Yes, you will be able to re-enter if you leave by having you wristband on. You must wear your wristband at all times at Omaha Michelada Festival.

Can I upgrade my ticket to VIP?Yes! If available, you can upgrade to VIP at the entrance by paying the difference.

What am I allowed to bring to the festival?* Clear Bags * Small Purses or Fanny Packs * Point - and - shoot cameras (non-professional) without accessories or detachable lenses. * Blankets, sheets, towels. * Portable chargers * GOOD VIBEEESSS! :D

What items are banned from the festival?* Large backpacks or multiple bags * Illegal and illicit substances of any kind. * Pets (Except Service Animals) * Outside food and beverages of any kinds. * Coolers of any kind. * Glass containers of any kind. * Professional recording (Photo, Video, Audio) equipment. * Drones or any other remote flying devices. * Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, wagons, or carts. * Tents, canopies, or shade structures of any kind. * Chairs of any kind (including lawn chairs).

Does receiving the acceptance email mean I am officially a vendor?No, receiving the acceptance email does not make you an official vendor at OMF. Your spot is only secured once your invoice is paid! 🚨 Spots fill up fast, especially for food & michelada vendors, so we HIGHLY recommend paying ASAP to lock in your place for OMF ‘25! 🍻🌮

Can I sell food at OMF without a food permit?No, ALL food and michelada vendors are required to have a valid food permit from the Douglas County Health Department, as inspections will be conducted on-site before the festival starts.

What is the booth size?All booth spaces are 10’ ft x 10’ ft. If you need a larger space, please let us know—additional fees will apply.

Do you provide tents, weights, tables, chairs, etc.?No, we do not. You will need to bring your own tent, weights, table, chairs, extension cords etc. Tents are required. Exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis. Uniqueness and creativity in your setup is encouraged. 🙌🏼

Will the festival go on rain or shine?Yes! You need to be prepared for all types of weather. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR WEATHER. In the event of a serious threat, such as a Tornado or health emergency, we will communicate a plan of action at that time.
